Barbara, I wanted to thank you and the entire Beal Family for the great job you did with my move. I am not from the Santa Rosa area and found Beal's Moving via the web. I read the testimonials that were posted on your website and your service surpassed all of those. It started with your friendly, helpful customer service, accommodating a move date within 2 days of my call. The outstanding service continued with the arrival of Jeff and his helper. They treated everything as if it were their own, with respect and loving care. My move was from my elderly mother-in-laws apartment to a storage unit. I had doubts that everything would fit in, however Jeff managed to stack/pack it with room to spare and I have no concerns that there will be any damage from it being in storage. Hello Barbara, Just wanted to send a big "THANK YOU" to everyone at Beal's Moving in making my relocation from my Foster City apartment to my home in Torrance on March 31, 2010 a wonderful experience. With Kimm's excellent arrangement in meeting my ideal departure schedule, everything started to fall in place for a successful move. On moving day (Wednesday), I was met by two of the most accomodating men (your husband Harry and son Dale) who professionally loaded the boxes and large piece of furniture (dresser drawers) in the van. A special "Thanks" to Harry needs to be acknowledged as he rescued me by offering to transport my auto along with my goods when the original auto transport company could not arrange my auto pick up that day. To my delight, the Beal's moving van arrived at my destination the following day and everything arrived safely. I cannot say enough about the friendly service both men extended me throughout this move. Please accept my sincere gratitude for all the care that Beal's Moving has shown me and I will definitely recommend your Company to any of my friends who plans to move within California in the future.

Just a note to say "Thanks!!!" for a great moving experience. Your flexibility and patience with us seemed boundless. Our car broke down the day of the move and we were still packing when you arrived. My family really appreciates the manner in which you conducted yourselves. What could have been a minor disaster was just a hiccup for your crew.
Once at our new home you unpacked carefully, nothing was damaged or hurt in any way. You assembled our beds and put our furniture where it needed to be, so even though moving was confusing for our little kids we got to sleep in our own beds and that was a real luxury. I'd be remiss if I didn't also make a special note of your staff. They were courteous and very patient with our ever inquisitive young daughters. Harry Jr. even followed up and sent our oldest daughter a post card as she asked him to. I really want to stress that the behavior of the men who loaded the trucks was very respectful of our very young daughters. Behavior and dialog was always appropriate without any politics or locker room talk and I very much appreciate that because our girls are like sponges right now!
Finally, I like dealing with a family owned business rather than some large faceless organization. Your team
treated all of our possessions as if they were your own. We feel like we got a good deal and we hope if we ever have to move again you can do it! You made a difficult experience seem a lot less stressful!

What a complete pleasure it was doing business with your fine moving company. And usually the words “pleasure” and “moving” do not go together.
From my very first contact with Kimm Howard I knew that my elderly mother’s move from San Francisco to Santa Barbara was in good hands. Kimm was so knowledgeable and inspired confidence-I never felt that we could be left hanging like movers in the past have done. She always returned my phone calls and stayed in contact with me right up to moving day.
When Harry Beal and his son (with another helper) showed up, on time, and started loading the truck I really knew I had lucked into a great company. They were timely, very careful caring. They also arrived the next day in Santa Barbara when they said they would and helped us get our mother organized quickly into her new place. She even stayed there that first night. Their experience and expediency helped make a stressful situation much, much calmer for us.
Finally, the total cost ended up being just about what Kimm had estimated. It was a job very well done, with great people and at a very reasonable rate. I have already told many people about Beal’s and will continue to recommend you whenever I can. And, of course, our family will always call you for our moving needs.
